REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is paramount at iDecorate, that is why we extend a customer service guarantee to all our customers. Any products that are found to be broken or inoperable beyond repair will be replaced or refunded.

In the event that this occurs, pleaseĀ emailĀ us within 5 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. We ask that you send photographs of the damaged goods, describing the default or damage in your communication to enquiry@idecorateshop.com. Once we approve the guarantee you can request a refund for the cost of that item, an immediate replacement be sent free of charge (excludes express delivery) or a credit note to the same value of the product(s).

For high value items or those that have a high risk of breakage such as glassware and fine china we can arrange shipping insurance for a small fee. If you wish to add shipping insurance, please email us at enquiry@idecorateshop.com.
